If I close the tray, it'll keep opening and asking for me to insert a disk. Just PM me and I will get one off to you. Originally Posted by ti-triodes Thanks for the tip on Stuffit. Problems with Panasonic DMP-BD30 Firmware update to ver - April - Forums - CNET
I have Mac OS X Yes I own a mac and right now I am very angry I just bought transformers sat down to watch it So to me, 2. Originally Posted by Homologous Just drag the decompressed file and burn as a data CD.

That is all I am aware of at the moment. It should only take about two minutes to burn the disk.

Sorry, there was a problem flagging this post. As expected this did not work on my BD30, so I took the disk to work, copied it onto my computer there, and burned the file again using the same process.
I'm a bit surprised at the number of reports having problems burning firmware updates. The hang up with Firefox was when it asked what region you lived in, I couldn't go beyond that for some reason.

Sorry Macfan, but I just can't agree with you at all here. If it ain't broke, Don't fix it. Originally Posted by Homologous As for the "closed session" thing This web site is not affiliated with the Blu-ray Disc Association.
Would a simple mention that it needs to be an uncommon, non-standard format panasinic Windows doesn't support be too much to ask?
If anyone is really having trouble burning the disk I would be happy to send you one at no charge. I hope it firmwaee fixed soon.

Please try again now or at a later time. Gonna Rirmware it now. I just updated my BD Well, I finally got this update to work. Required Question General discussion. Please read the firmware update instructions before updating.
Just received FW 2. Hopefully we won't see too many more of these updates. I had no problem with the 2. I suspect many of the folks who DO have issues, do not remember to adjust the speed of writing down to the minimum Or maybe I am just really lucky and it won't work for me at all now.
Thanks for your thoughts and for listening to mine which truly, even I know are of no import. Step 2 Check the latest firmware version available for your BD player. After approximately panasonc seconds it displays the message 'E DISK' and the disk is ejected from the machine.

Thanks, that's good advice. Thanks Kinglerxt It helps just to know that others are "with you" even if you have spent the better part of two afternoons failing to complete a ten minute task Life can't be ALL firmwarf if the worst thing on your plate is a non-current set of firmware on your blu-ray player, right?
